Submissions using either of the above forms will be listed in the NOTABLE BALLOONIST BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION forum. If there is already a "Biography" on file then the submitted information will be added to the current file.
Biographies submitted using the NOTABLE BALLOONIST BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION form may also be selected by a HOF committee member for consideration for induction into the hall of fame.
